Location : Jamestown, North Dakota 58401\n

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 22 / 2025 – End : 3 / 23 / 2026)\n

Unit : 23-bed Med / Surg / ICU\n

Shift : 12-hour rotating day / night shifts, including weekends\n

Hours : 36 hours per week (Full-time, 72 hours per two-week pay period)\n

Dress Code : Black scrubs\n

Orientation : 1 week of comprehensive hospital and department orientation\n

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1950 – $2090\n

\n\nICU RN Qualifications\n \n

Active North Dakota RN license or compact state nursing license (or willingness to obtain)\n

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required\n

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required\n

Completion of a basic cardiology class for nurses\n

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience\n

Knowledge of cardiac medications and rhythm analysis\n

Experience with BIPAP patient care in a critical care setting\n

Flu shot required for assignment compliance\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care for ICU patients of all ages using the nursing process\n

Provide direct patient and family education and emotional support\n

Demonstrate leadership and collaborate with ancillary staff and the multidisciplinary healthcare team\n

Perform telemetry monitoring, wound dressing changes, ventilator and BIPAP management, and IV starts\n

Utilize Epic for electronic charting, Omnicell for medication management, Liko and EZ lifts, Alaris IV pumps, and Nova Statstrip blood glucose monitors\n

Maintain professional nursing standards in a fast-paced clinical environment\n

Adhere to a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 1–3 in the ICU, based on census and patient acuity\n
