Leads and coordinates daily clinical research operations within the assigned unit ensuring adherence to institutional policies regulatory standards and clinical trial protocols. Provides supervision and support to nursing staff assists with recruitment and training and facilitates communication between departments and stakeholders. Supports staff productivity data quality and compliance efforts. Helps resolve conflicts and promotes ongoing education to uphold clinical research nursing standards.
Duties :
Required Education : Bachelors Degree in Nursing AND :
Equivalency / Substitution : Will accept an Associates Degree in Nursing and 24 months professional (RN) nursing experience for a total of 108 months experience.
Skills :
Certifications : Registered Nurse Licensure from the State of Oklahoma
Working Conditions :Physical ability to perform the duties of the job including standing for long periods and lifting patients or equipment as needed.
Standard Office Environment.
