Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Life Engagement Coordinator in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing programs and events and providing residents with an Acts Signature Experience (ASE) by incorporating wellness, person-centered living, and hospitality. These ASE events will encompass the three components that define life balance and are needed for improving and maintaining quality of life : body, mind, and spirit. In each senior's personal journey, he or she has the opportunity to make new goals in all dimensions of wellness.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

• Associate degree or higher in human development, social work, event planning, sociology, psychology, or related field is preferred
• Minimum one year of experience working within senior living
• Strong knowledge and effective use of technology and digital systems is critical to success in this position. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and similar design software for creating professional materials

Pay Range

$21.12 - $26.34 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
