The Policy Analyst (SO) is responsible for developing reviewing and maintaining agency policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal mandates accreditation standards and best practices in law enforcement. This position plays a critical role in supporting the agencys efforts to achieve and maintain accreditation by conducting in-depth research and analysis of laws regulations and professional standards to inform policy development and revision.

Starting pay : $ 69405.42
Pay after time in position : $ 111048.67

Required : Three (3) years of experience in a law enforcement or public safety agency. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in policy analysis public administration accreditation legal compliance or a similar field.
May require extended hours to meet project deadlines or accreditation timelines.
