If you're searching for General Manager or Store Manager positions, hopefully you kind of get this stuff is part of the job, but our HR Manager says it needs to be included. So here we go…As the General Manager , you will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, operations, Team Member engagement, creating Raving Fans (the customers), and the financial performance of your location.
