Mercy Dental Group is currently hiring for a highly motivated, full-time or part-time Dental Hygienist that is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare for our DeForest Dental office!

Salary :

Base hourly rate starting at $45 / hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation follows a "whichever is greater" model - you'll earn either your base hourly pay or a monthly production-based commission, whichever is higher!

Example earning potential :

• Full-time associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $7,500-$9,000 / month
• Full-time high-performing providers often exceed $10,000 / month through production-based compensation
