Client Engagement : Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their individual insurance needs and provide tailored consultations.Sales Goals : Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales strategies.Product Knowledge : Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products to effectively educate clients about available options.Policy Management : Assist clients in managing their insurance policies, offering guidance on claims and policy modifications.Relationship Building : Foster ongoing relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and encourage referrals.Community Involvement : Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the agency's services and foster local relationships.Requirement
