Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a healthcare setting, with hands-on involvement in call center operations or technologies.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows including patient access, referral management, appointment scheduling, and post-visit follow-up.
- Experience with contact center platforms (e.g. Avaya, Genesys, Five9, NICE, Cisco) or CRM systems integrated with call centers.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements like HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and patient data privacy.
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and use of tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
