Position Summary

The ice rink concession stand cashier / event host will interact with customers, complete sales transactions and assist with all functions of reserved parties in the ice rink.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.66.

For PT roles : Benefits : 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

EVERGREEN ROLE : Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

About the Venue

Angel Of The Winds Arena is a three venue, state-of-the-art multi-purpose complex located in the heart of downtown Everett, WA. This seamless complex offers a NHL regulation ice rink open year-round, diverse arena space that can be used for WHL hockey, basketball, indoor football, trade shows, concerts and more; as well as a full conference center that can host conventions, meetings, weddings, banquets, and more.

Responsibilities

• Make sales transactions including using a cash register, making change and using a credit card machine
• Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner
• Reconcile cash register with sales receipts
• Maintain a clean concession stand, ensuring compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Stocking and replenishing concessions and condiments
• Setup and clean up party area
• Greet parties and assist customers with check in, signing waivers, and explaining the rules of the ice rink
• Serve food and beverages
• Monitor time to ensure parties stay on schedule
• Accompany children during pre-arranged activities
• Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
