This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to start a career in insurance, providing training and mentorship to develop skills in client management, sales, and policy administration. After successfully completing the 9-12 month training program, the apprentice will be eligible for agency ownership.

Responsibilities

• Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust client portfolio.
• Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Policy Recommendations : Analyze clients insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
• Sales Process Management : Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in regulations to provide informed advice to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters and other team members to ensure effective policy implementation and client satisfaction.
