Job Description

Platform / Infrastructure Architect Platform architecture must offer standards, guidance and support for the increasing number of enterprise modernization initiatives. This role is primarily focused on overseeing all aspects of on-prem efforts including Compute & Storage Solutions, Observability, and the adoption of Zero-Trust principles. This position will include the following :

• Produce strategic roadmaps and reference models, principles & standards.
• Follow industry trends to drive architecture & engineering directions and decisions.
• Drive consistent architecture across Business Processes and Products to manage complexities in Target Enterprise Architecture
• Support and guide Solution and Product SMEs
• Ensure architectural compliance in Infrastructure domain program The ideal candidate for a solutions architect will have :
• Ba / bs in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a solution architect, network / system administrator or / and private / public cloud engineer
• Proficiency in implementing security measures, access controls, and design.
• Experience in creating of technical policies and standards. A strong candidate will additionally have :
• Experience in a leadership position executing technical projects
• Extensive knowledge of produces include : OpenShift, Mainframe, VMWare, Dell, NetApp, vBlock, Nutanix solutions Aws, Google or Microsoft cloud certification(s) is a plus
