Client Care Associate

Illumination Health + Home  is a growing non-profit organization dedicated towards disrupting the cycle of homelessness by providing targeted, interdisciplinary services in our recuperative care centers, emergency shelters, housing services and children's and family programs.

IF currently has 13+ facilities with 22+ micro-communities scattered across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.

Job Description :

• The Client Care Assoicate is responsible for addressing clients’ immediate shelter needs, providing support and resources to ensure their safety and comfort.
• This included assisting with intake procedures, coordinating with shelter staff, and providing basic amenities as needed.
• Additionally, the associate will maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the multiple shelters, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.

The role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and commitment to supporting clients through their immediate housing challenges.   The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.  The schedule for this role is Saturday - Wednesday, 11 :
