Field Representative administering Owner-Contractor Agreements for project(s) actively under construction.
Position provides support to and works directly with various Project Managers. Position reports to the Principal-in-Charge of the specific project assignment.
Job Responsibilities :
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to periodic Site Visits (generally 1-2 times / month) Field Reports Shop Drawing management and review (in conjunction with the designated project design team) creating and submitting RFI responses change request review / approval contractor schedule review contractor pay-app review / approval and other miscellaneous tasks associated with administration of the Owner-Contractor Agreement.
