As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and engage with the public to provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas within the retail environment to help to deter theft and unauthorized access.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal procedures.

Support store staff and customers by addressing security-related concerns and providing assistance as needed.

Remain visible and approachable to help to deter inappropriate behavior and promote a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
