Job Summary :
Sr Manager QA to drive test automation and quality strategy for a personalization project in the retail domain. The role requires strong automation skills, experience with data-driven testing, and the ability to work with large datasets in the background. Backend testing experience is preferable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead test automation strategy for personalization workflows. Responsible for entire QE for the program. Has to work with offshore and Clients.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for APIs, UI, and data validation.
- Ensure data integrity and validation in personalization models.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product teams to define quality standards.
- Exposure around performance and scalability tests for high-volume data scenarios.
- Drive continuous testing and CI / CD pipeline integration.
Required Skills & Experience :
7+ years in Quality Engineering with expertise in test automation.Experience in retail / e-commerce domain, preferably with personalization.Strong skills in Selenium, Cypress or similar automation tools.API testing experience using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks.Hands-on experience with SQL, data validation, and working with large datasets.Familiarity with Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation scripting.Experience in Big Data, Spark, or cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
