About the Role

We're looking for an Accommodation Specialist who's passionate about helping people thrive at work. In this role, you'll make a real impact by supporting employees who need workplace accommodations - ensuring the process is fair, compassionate, and compliant with laws like the ADA and PWFA. You'll partner closely with leaders, HR, Legal, and Employee Relations across all our facilities to guide employees through every step of the interactive process.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full accommodation process - from intake and consultation to documentation and resolution.
• Work directly with employees and leaders to find reasonable accommodations that help everyone succeed.
• Review medical documentation to understand job-related needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and Workers' Comp to coordinate workplace changes, adaptive equipment, or schedule adjustments.
• Keep detailed, confidential records that meet all compliance standards.
• Train and coach managers on how to handle accommodation requests with empathy and care.
• Track trends, share insights, and help us improve how we support our team members.

Additional Information

Pay Rate : $36 - $45 / hour; Depending on Experience

Position Type : Full-time

Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, life & AD&D insurance plans, 401(k) with matching contribution, vacation, sick and holiday pay

Location : San Juan Capistrano, CA Service Center or Midvale, UT Service Center
