Corporate Controller

In this high-impact role, you will lead the company's accounting operations and play a critical part in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. As a key financial leader, the Corporate Controller will collaborate closely with executive leadership to support strategic financial planning, drive operational excellence, and uphold the highest standards of financial stewardship - while contributing to a culture of ownership and accountability.

Location : This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration. The selected candidate will be expected to work onsite at our Middleton, WI office at least once per week. Therefore, applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Middleton to be considered for this role. .

Responsibilities Include :

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and fixed assets in collaboration with CFO
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and applicable reporting standards
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal control policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and new accounting standards
• Lead the budgeting process in collaboration with FP&A and business leaders, delivering operational metrics and variance insights
• Support ERP system enhancements, financial process automation, and reporting tool improvements
• Manage and mentor Corporate Accounting team members, promoting a culture of accountability and professional development
