Our client near the Gold River area is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the office, staff and clients. The part time Office Administrator will manage all administrative and office, coordinate team events and digital marketing in Canva.
This a part time - hybrid role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Pay : $25-28 / hour (DOE). Temp to hire
Work Schedule : Monday (remote), Tuesday-Thursday (onsite) (4 days / week). Hours : 8am – 3.30pm (30 hrs. / week)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provides comprehensive administrative support including document handling, mail coordination, supply tracking, and recordkeeping.Manages communications across phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and a service-oriented mindsetMaintains digital platforms and online content using tools like website editors, social media schedulers, and visual design softwareCoordinates internal communications, meeting documentation, and project timelines with strong organizational skillsDemonstrates discretion, clear communication, and proficiency with productivity tools to support smooth office operationSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Over two years of experience as an office manager or a senior office coordinator supporting cross-functional teams with administrative and operational needsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficientlyPersonable and self-driven, with a strong customer service mindset and clear communication skills across all formatsTrusted to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Canva, and familiar with WordPress for web and content management
