The Capital Sales Manager for Sacramento, East Bay & Reno is responsible for driving capital equipment sales by targeting aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas. This role is critical in opening new business opportunities and requires a proactive "hunter" sales strategy. Capital Sales Managers collaborate closely with internal teams and finance partners to ensure an exceptional client experience. They uncover opportunities, deliver the Hydrafacial story, demonstrate the service, negotiate sales, and execute purchase agreements. This role also partners with the Business Development team to transition new clients and support existing accounts by identifying trade-up, second-system, and multi-location opportunities.

Base Pay : $85,000 / annually + Commission
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Hydrafacial's total rewards package for our employees.
