We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a core product in our professional suite. This is an opportunity to operate at the heart of product innovationwhere execution speed, data-informed decisions, and deep customer understanding converge. You will own the full product lifecycle, delivering high-impact, high-quality experiences for both preparers and the taxpayers they serve. You will partner with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems for small businesses, accounting firms, and individual filers.

Key responsibilities include :

• Define and drive a data-informed product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer value.
• Translate complex workflows and compliance needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Balance innovation and risk to ensure secure, high-quality delivery at speed.
• Engage regularly with tax professionals and taxpayers to uncover needs, validate ideas, and drive iterative development.
• Integrate customer insights and experimentation into prioritization and decision-making.
• Partner with analytics to define KPIs, measure performance, and guide optimization.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, marketing, support, and compliance.
• Facilitate clear, fast-moving stakeholder communication to unblock teams and sustain momentum.
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and rapid learning across the product team.
