Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the vision and roadmap for engineering, architecture, and product quality Lead technology assessments and integration planning while aligning technology strategy with business goals Mentor and develop engineering leaders, champion user-centric design, and drive accountability through performance metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field 8+ years of leadership experience, including 4+ years leading engineering organizations 2+ years of hands-on software development experience Deep experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, etc.)
