JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Solutions Architect, you will help discover and gather client needs, and design / guide the implementation of Supernova’s SBL platform for our enterprise clients.

The candidate will work closely with internal and external project and technology teams to define and document system architecture, integration points, and integration specs. The candidate will oversee the system design as well as the client onboarding process from the technology perspective. To succeed in this role, good understanding of system architectures and business / operation processes are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with our clients to develop solutions regarding integrations, data migrations, and other custom deployments
• Create and manage scope of work and detailed project plans for integrations and custom work including timelines and effort estimates
• Act as the point of contact for offshore team
• Conduct weekly check-ins and ensure work is delivered within estimated timelines and meets quality standards
• Work closely with clients and engineers to integrate and implement solutions to ensure custom solutions align with our standard product offering

Act as an escalation point and provide guidance and support to technical support teams

Compensation : $90,000- $115,000 per year
