Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist :

Manage high-volume weekly billing and FOB sales

Prepare daily reconciliations, aging reports, and payment analysis

Handle collections and communicate with clients via email

Process cash ticket sales, deposits, checks, and credit card transactions

Create work sites, gather NTOs, and manage credit line applications

Verify billing information in SAP and ensure accurate processing

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role :

5-6 years of accounts receivable experience

NTO experience required

SAP or similar ERP system experience is a plus
