Pay : $20-$22 / hour DOE
Start Date : ASAP
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Onsite Only)

Must-Haves :
Scheduling Experience – Ability to efficiently manage and organize staff schedules.
Healthcare Terminology – Familiarity with industry-specific language is essential.
Filing & Scanning Expertise – Proven experience maintaining organized and accurate records.
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team and ensure seamless non-clinical management of home care services. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance, organizing schedules, and supporting staff. You’ll work onsite, coordinating care for patients and providing administrative support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule care services, ensuring appropriate staffing.
Handle filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records.
Communicate effectively via email and manage Outlook extensively.
Use in-house systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Assist with credentialing and maintaining updated staff documentation.
Requirements
Must-Haves :

Healthcare Terminology – Familiarity with industry-specific language is essential.
Filing & Scanning Expertise – Proven experience maintaining organized and accurate records.
Additional Skills :
Proficiency with Outlook and email communication.
