job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the chemical or petrochemical location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the site. Observe and report any irregularities or security-related hazards within the location to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or emergency responders as required. A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.

Job Description
As a Security Professional - Petrochemical Patrol Driver in Pekin, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required.
