PROS Program Manager
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager who will spearhead the implementation and management of our Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program. In this vital role, you will be responsible for leading a comprehensive and individualized approach to recovery, focusing on enhancing the skills and abilities of individuals with severe mental illness. Your leadership will help shape the program's direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. Responsibilities include :
- Maintains caseload and counsels clients individually or in groups.
- Assists clinicians in analyzing case problems and improving their diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Reviews intakes, assessments, development of treatment plans, program admissions and terminations.
- Assigns and reviews caseloads and related duties, and coordinates activities of staff in providing counseling services to assist clients with problems of emergency or crisis nature.
- Participates with Clinical Director in developing and implementing agency administrative policy and works collaboratively to ensure all clinical services are within agency standards and OMH regulations.
- Participates in recruitment and selection of staff and creation of staff schedules.
- Participates in the development, execution and review of program budgets.
- Trains new employees in areas such as agency policy, department procedures, and agency or government regulations.
- Responsible for staff development, evaluation, and quantity and quality of work.
- Oversees productivity reports and works with staff to increase face-to-face time percentages.
- Audits client charts to ensure quality of clinician's documentation.
- Provides in-service training for experienced workers in areas such as new policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Represents agency in community or in interagency activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities Include :

Master's degree.Two to four years related experience.LMSW, LCSW, or LMHCKnowledge of Behavioral Health software, Word Processing software, and Spreadsheet software.Working knowledge of and compliance with procedures which accomplish accurate billing and collection processes.Salary starting at $65,774 - $70,757 / year depending on education, credential and experience.
