Job Summary The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products within EVEXIAS’ operational framework. While the Print Shop Specialist focuses on the production of high-quality printed materials, this role emphasizes inventory management and order fulfillment to deliver a seamless client experience. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Order Fulfillment Specialist supports event logistics, maintains accurate inventory records, and ensures timely and organized product delivery. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting company standards in customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are accurately labeled and packaged. Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate records for audits and quality control. Monitor stock levels and optimize storage solutions to ensure efficient use of space. Shipping & Delivery Operations Coordinate shipping processes, including preparing labels, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. Process returned merchandise and maintain compliance with inventory procedures. Support load-in and load-out operations for local offsite events, ensuring proper handling of materials. Event Logistics Support Assist in packaging and delivering event materials, ensuring all items are accounted for and meet quality standards. Work collaboratively with other teams to prepare materials for training events or client needs. Workspace Maintenance & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure compliance with company policies. Follow all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Customer Service & Communication Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing clear and professional communication. Collaborate with the print shop team to ensure client satisfaction and address operational needs. Qualifications Must comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including passing background checks and drug screenings, to ensure adherence to laws governing controlled substances and medical wellness practices. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to maintain accurate documentation, manage inventory, and ensure timely execution of projects and tasks. Exceptional multitasking abilities with effective time management and problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain smooth operations. Demonstrates a customer-focused mindset with creative thinking and a commitment to delivering high service standards while balancing fiscal responsibility. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors. Proficient in utilizing technology and software systems related to project management, marketing, and operations to streamline workflows and ensure accuracy. A team-oriented attitude, fostering positive collaboration with colleagues and contributing to a supportive and innovative company culture. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in marketing and project management practices to drive efficiency and success. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in alignment with company standards and values. Physical Requirements Close visual acuity needed for computer work and reading. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and handling small components. Frequent standing, walking, and sitting; prolonged standing may be required. Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds. Regular verbal and auditory communication required. Limited exposure to hazardous substances; safety protocols minimize risk. Educational & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, or inventory management preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal interactions. Familiarity with shipping software, inventory systems, or warehouse operations preferred. Safety & Compliance Employees must adhere to OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to infection control procedures. Adhere to all Texas State Board of Health regulations, laser safety protocols, and EVEXIAS standards. Safeguard patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring that all patient data is handled securely and appropriately. Complete mandatory HIPAA training and stay updated on privacy and security policies. Report any potential HIPAA violations or data breaches immediately to the designated compliance officer.
