Beyond Shelter, Inc. is a nonprofit developer of quality affordable housing. We're seeking a strategic, execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the Integrator to our Visionary CEO. Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations aligned with strategic goals and mission.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives with precision and urgency.
Develop and refine systems, processes, and key performance indicators to improve efficiency and impact.
Partner with the CEO and leadership team on long-term strategies.
Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and mission-driven excellence.
