Project Manager :

The Project Manager Restaurant Technology is responsible for managing deploying and supporting innovative technology solutions across restaurant operations for Burger King. This role focuses on project management vendor coordination and system implementations to drive operational efficiency and enhance guest experiences. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between corporate teams vendors franchisees and field support staff ensuring seamless execution of technology initiatives and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented collaborative and passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Deployment and Management :

• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of technology solutions including POS systems labor scheduling tools and back-of-house platforms.
• Manage technology deployments for new restaurant openings from vendor coordination to on-site implementation and go-live support.
• Maintain trackers for project progress and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Support the development and rollout of innovative solutions such as kiosks digital menu boards and order-ready boards.
