Key Responsibilities Lead the development of mission-critical Rust projects from conception to deployment Optimize parsing code with a focus on performance and automated benchmarking Design and debug formal grammars, efficient parsers, and text-based indexing / search Required Qualifications Proven experience in leading and contributing to collaborative Rust projects Track record of developing well-tested, high-performance software Expertise in code profiling and debugging, with experience in CI workflows Ability to learn and work with technologies such as CUDA, C / C++, and Rust / Python bindings Proactive approach and excellent communication skills suitable for startup culture
