Tax - Senior Manager

JOB SUMMARY

As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing financial information for clients, such as business and individual tax returns, with the benefit of gaining exposure to a diverse client base operating in a variety of industries. The Tax Senior Manager oversees client relationships and acts as a liaison between internal staff and internal leaders to ensure high-quality work is conducted and delivered to our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Tax Strategy and Engagement Oversight

• Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and minimizing tax liabilities
• Analyze complex tax scenarios, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, to provide optimal solutions
• Manage a portfolio of tax engagements, supervise tax staff, and review their work to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to firm standards
• Monitor engagement progress, budgets, and timelines, make adjustments as needed to meet client expectations
