Key Responsibilities
Project & Office Support
Maintain electronic project files and logs
Prepare and distribute transmittals with architects, manufacturers, and contractors
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and returns in partnership with Purchasing
Assist with project phasing and scheduling of doors / frames / hardware
Research and track change requests, RFIs, and addendums
Support warranty and replacement processes for shortages or defective products
Assist with project closeout and punch lists
Provide professional communication and excellent customer service
On-Site & Field Support
Support project managers with field measurements
Visit jobsites or contractor offices to deliver / collect product and documentation
Additional Responsibilities
Perform basic contract-related ERP functions
Participate in weekly project management meetings
Expand knowledge of plans, specifications, shop drawings, and product applications
Attend in-house or industry training to build technical expertise
Collaboration
Works closely with Project Managers, Purchasing, Estimating, Scheduling, AR, and Shipping / Receiving
Reports directly to the Director of Project Coordination
Qualifications
2+ years of office experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Hours : Standard business hours apply, though schedules may adjust depending on the time zone of assigned project.
Hourly : $26-$29
