Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Educate customers on various insurance policies, including life, health, auto, home, and business insurance.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry regulations, and competitor offerings.
- Handle policy renewals, modifications, and claims assistance.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend networking events, community outreach programs, and industry seminars to generate new leads.
Requirement
Required : High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.Required : Willingness to obtain a Minnesota insurance license (company assistance may be provided).Strong interest in sales, customer service, and personal development.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire for career growth.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Basic proficiency with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
