Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Superintendent. In this on-site role, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction site operations. Responsibilities include managing field staff, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, scheduling inspections, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with site management, coordination with subcontractors, and scheduling inspections
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes compliance
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and conduct regular progress updates
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Experience in the commercial real estate construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in construction management software is an advantage
