Salary Range - Depends on experience - General range however is 160K-220K base plus a 20% bonus.

Background Profile :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of software engineering experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading and managing software engineers.
  • Lead a team of 5-10 software engineers.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes-based systems in a multi-cloud environment (Azure AWS GCP).
  • Strong experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript React) and backend development (Python).
  • Thorough understanding of software engineering best practices and SaaS.
  • Proven experience building applications powered by AI / ML models or large language models (LLMs) including tools for measuring model performance or accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in developing engineers and elevating team capabilities.
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Must be a US citizen to be considered for this role
