Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Principal Project Manager / Senior Principal Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
As a Project Management Professional, you will support program execution efforts within the Advanced Technology Development Center with a particular emphasis on refining program strategic frameworks. This position is a key interface between the Program Management Office and the broader program team to ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal program goals. The candidate should be a self-starter and will support programmatic, integration and staffing solutions at multiple echelons throughout a program organized around an Integrated Product Team construct.
This position is located in Rancho Bernardo or El Segundo, CA
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position. The preferred schedule is a 9-80 schedule. Occasional travel may be required.

Primary Level Salary Range : $91,200.00 - $136,800.00 Secondary Level Salary Range : $113,500.00 - $170,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
