About The Position

Pay Rate : $49.00 - $53.00 / Hourly.

Summary : The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides clinical assessment, therapy, and case management services to individuals, families, or groups. The LCSW supports clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, mental health, medical, or social challenges and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and coordinate care. This role emphasizes ethical practice, patient advocacy, and high-quality therapeutic care.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group counseling.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and support during acute mental health episodes.
