Job Title : Insurance Sales Representative – Entry Level to Experienced | $16–$24 / hr + Bonus + Commission

Location : Montgomery, AL

Compensation : $16.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do :

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

Create personalized quotes and close new business

Build client relationships through value-based conversations and trust

Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person outreach

Participate in community and marketing events to grow your pipeline

Track sales activity using our State Farm CRM tools

What You Need :

Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
