What You'll Do
Interpret prescriptions, clarify orders with prescribers or patients, and ensure timely order processing.Guide, mentor, and oversee pharmacy technicians while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.Manage day-to-day mail-order operations, including inventory, workflow organization, and prescription transfers.Provide exceptional patient support-answering medication questions, addressing issues, and preventing drug interactions.Verify prescription entries and support quality assurance across all pharmacist and technician workflows.Collaborate with the team to prioritize workload, streamline processes, and enhance patient experience.Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.Step in to support order entry, refill authorizations, and call queues as needed to keep operations running smoothly.Requirements
What We're Looking For
Education : B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of PharmacyLicenses : Active FL pharmacist license plus at least 4 additional statesHighly desired : CA and IL licenses
Skills & Qualities :Strong communication skills (verbal + written)
