Assistant Dean, Finance & Administration
The School of Medicine (SOM) Assistant Dean, Finance and Administration will be an accomplished healthcare executive with deep operational expertise, financial acumen, and the capacity to lead with vision and inclusiveness in a complex academic health system. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in overseeing operations in a large, complex healthcare organization and a deep understanding of clinical operations, financial management, and the integration of faculty practice into the tripartite mission.
This role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, Colorado. The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $137,500 to $180,000 (calculated for 0.5 FTE). The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
