MIG / TIG Welder

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on various metals according to blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings. Set up welding equipment and select appropriate filler materials. Ensure welds meet quality standards and perform inspections for defects. Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, and press brakes as needed. Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with the fabrication team to complete projects on time. Troubleshoot and repair welds as necessary. Requirements : 1-2+ years of MIG welding experience in a fabrication shop or similar setting. Proficiency in welding steel and stainless steel. Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. Experience using grinders, saws, and other metalworking tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions. Welding certification(s) preferred but not required. Pay : $28-$33 based on experience Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-4pm #I08
