Registered Dietitian, Hendrick Clinic Body & Wellness
JOB SUMMARY
- Provide nutritional recommendations and plans for patients in an outpatient setting, and work collaboratively with practitioners to make recommendations to meet nutritional and weight loss goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing, presenting and / or coordinating educational programs; adhering to governing agencies’ guidelines and mandates; assessing patients and developing meal plans according to current standards of care; guiding support groups and teaching kitchen lessons; and acting as a resource and liaison to the community, helping provide promotional events to the community, physicians, nursing units, and ancillary departments at HMC / HMCS.

Minimum Education
Master’s Degree in Food, Nutrition, & Dietetics (RD)Minimum Work Experience
1 year of clinical experience minimum, or will consider less with relevant clinical experience during educational degree trainingRequired Licenses / Certifications
Current licensure registered dietician in the state of TexasRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
