About the Position

We’re looking for a motivated Technician to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you’ll help build, assemble, and maintain watermakers , as well as assist with powder coating and sandblasting projects. No previous experience is required — we provide on-site training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

Assemble and test watermaker systems and components

Perform powder coating and sandblasting work to prepare and finish metal parts

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow safety procedures and quality control standards

Assist with other shop and production tasks as needed

Qualifications

No prior experience required — training provided

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
