Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains clean and presentable
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail / delivery management
Support other departments and staff as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Works well under pressure
