Position Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to gain experience in both operational and analytical aspects of supply chain management. A key focus of this role is managing shipment preparation activities, alongside supporting ERP operations and developing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shipment Preparation
• Pick and pack items for outbound shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare FedEx boxes and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain shipment records in ERP system and coordinate with logistics providers as needed.
• Inventory Management.
• ERP Operations :
• Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Inventory, maintain accurate master data for vendors, purchase orders, and other supply chain records.
• Assist in resolving ERP-related issues and ensuring data integrity.
• Data Analysis & Reporting :
• Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs using ERP data and Power BI.
• Generate reports to support performance tracking and operational decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data insights and process feedback.
