Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to clients and coaches using our telehealth platform
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Train new clients and coaches on how to use the telehealth platform
• Monitor and maintain the telehealth platform to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and address any bugs or issues
• Communicate with clients and coaches to gather feedback and improve the user experience
• Assist with onboarding new clients and coaches onto the telehealth platform
• Stay up-to-date with the latest telehealth technology and industry trends
