We're looking for a proactive and experienced electrician who thrives in dynamic environments. This isn't just about filling an immediate need; it's about partnering with dedicated professionals who are eager to tackle complex electrical installations on a prominent new build.

What We're Looking For :

• Seasoned Leadership : You must be comfortable leading a crew of 5 apprentices , providing guidance and oversight, and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Independent Work Ethic : You should be proficient in working independently and efficiently, taking direction from the superintendent, and executing tasks with precision.
• High-Rise Expertise : Demonstrated comfort and experience working within elevator shafts on a new high-rise construction site .
• Installation & Termination Mastery : Proficient in pulling wire and bending conduit of various types. Expertise in installing bus feeders, transformer terminations, and motor terminations .
• Troubleshooting Ace : Strong troubleshooting skills are essential to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Reliable & Safety-Conscious : We value electricians who are dependable, prioritize safety above all else, and are ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
