This  contract role as a Provider Program Administrative Analyst in Chicago, IL involves a lot of analysis not solely analytics as in creating queries and databases . This role will bedoing analysis / research, managing their assignments and testing to validate the resolutions based on the analysis, process improvements or implementation of products, new providers, etc.

Pay Rate : $23.44 - $26.44 per hour

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain the following operational aspects of network program :

oProject / Enhancements / Initiative planning and implementation

oCross functional departmental coordination

oProgram management and administration including data maintenance and processing.

  • Identify providers for recruitment or education
  • Research and resolution of issues
  • Answer inquiries
  • Coordinate results reporting and analysis
  • Conduct system testing.
  • Coordinate with internal resources for implementation and operation tasks.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years’ experience in managed care or network management involving independent work and judgment,
  • 3 years project management experience including leading and planning projects.
  • Experience with issue analysis / research, identifying and capturing process improvements,
  • testing experience and experience leading projects.

  • Managed care / network management database experience including knowledge of information flow,
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint,
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal and presentation skills.
