Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk for a contract position based in Dallas, Texas. This role is focused on managing high-volume tax record data entry with accuracy and efficiency. You will work extensively with spreadsheets, review tax-related documents, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include :
- Input tax record data into spreadsheets and databases with precision and efficiency.
- Review and verify the accuracy of tax documents and reports, correcting any identified errors.
- Safeguard sensitive tax-related information to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Escalate issues or inconsistencies to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Follow company policies and compliance standards when handling tax documentation.
- Use software tools, including spreadsheets, to organize and analyze data effectively.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements in data management.
Requirements :
