Field Technical Specialist

Fluidra is looking for a Field Technical Specialist to join our team! WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE In this position you will service all Fluidra products in a timely, accurate and professional manner with an emphasis on customer care while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will :

• Schedule service calls, perform service calls, and manage calls in an organized fashion.
• Educate dealers and pool owners on proper product installation, operation, maintenance and service
• Deliver product training seminars as requested by dealers and Fluidra sales managers
• Instruct dealers on Fluidra’s warranty guidelines and claims processing procedures
• Represent Fluidra at local and national trade shows and seminars, in conjunction with Fluidra sales and marketing personnel
• Work closely with Fluidra sales managers to help promote Fluidra products and services
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Write routine reports and correspondence
• Communicate & present effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Up to 75% travel
